Amazon Data Use

Seechoslo uses Amazon API data to operate and improve our own children's apparel retail business. This page summarizes the categories of Amazon data we may access and the safeguards we apply.

Data categories

• Catalog and SKU references used to match products in our internal systems.
• Sales and inventory reports used for replenishment, forecasting, and stock health review.
• Order and fulfillment information when required to support store operations.
• Advertising profile, campaign, budget, keyword, and performance report data for our own advertising accounts.

Purpose

Amazon data is used for inventory planning, order operations, internal analytics, advertising performance reporting, and business decision support. We do not use Amazon data to build unrelated consumer profiles.

Security controls

• API credentials and refresh tokens are stored in controlled internal systems.
• Access is restricted to authorized users with business need.
• Operational access and changes may be logged for audit and troubleshooting.
• Data is not sold or disclosed to unrelated third parties.
